Appointments are released on the 15th of each month at 12:00pm. Your full appointment address will be provided within your booking confirmation email.
A £25 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless your appointment is cancelled by KSHO Hair.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation charges.
Mobile appointments require a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
Home appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cash or Bank Transfer on the day. A £25 deposit secures your booking.
Need an appointment outside of my regular hours? Out-of-hours appointments are available by request. Please send me a DM to enquire and book.
Premium appointments are available before 9:00am:
7:00am — £20 additional fee
8:00am — £20 additional fee
Appointments at 6:00pm or later are available for an additional £30 fee. Please note that evening appointments are limited to services that take 3–4 hours.
